Have you ever wanted to have a conversation with a successful home brewer who also happens to be an engineer with a degree in rocket science? Okay, well maybe not, but Jared and I did. Self-titled “Indy’s Beergineer” with a Facebook page named Rocket Man Brewing, Nick’s a Service Engineer at Rolls Royce, the Vice President of the Indy homebrew club Circle City Zymurgy, and the winner of the 2018 Whitestown Brewfest.
In this episode, you’ll hear Nick speak about his background in engineering as well as homebrewing and how the two relate, how he came to realize that he’s happy that he didn’t get his dream job at SpaceX, and if we’ll see a Rocket Man Brewery in the future.
