Nick Smarrelli went from being the 4th employee to the CEO of GadellNet Technology Solutions, which is a small business IT consulting firm with a mission to “Power Missions”.
Guided by that mission and the 3 core values that Nick has put into place of Grow or Die, Make an Impact, and100% Responsibility, GadellNet has won a ton of best in business and fastest growing private company awards with an average growth rate of 30% over the last 5 years. In addition to being a leader with a great vision, he’s also an ultramarathoner and Ironman athlete.
